All price categories are based on above and below grade (or the RMS value). Additional below grade levels are to be included in total square footage booked. Cost breakdown and examples are below.
I need 1800 sq. ft. ( only above grade needed ) = Select <2000 sq. ft.
I need 1800 sq. ft. above grade as well as 1700 sq. ft. below grade ( above and below grade needed ) = Select <3500 sq. ft.

Basements can be added by selecting the +BASEMENT option at the first step in online booking.

WHAT IS A 3D TOUR?
We use the latest technology available to provide an interactive virtual experience and guided walkthrough of a property that can be viewed online. The best way to understand it is to check it out!
The camera and software we use is called iGuide. The advantage to the iGuide technology is that it creates an actual 3D model of the space that can be explored and interacted with to give a virtual reality experience.
For those familiar with Matterport, iGuide, is a step above Matterport in technology and gives a seamless transition between rooms, offering 2 - 4 perspectives per room instead of only one position.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE 3D TOUR?
The 3D virtual space cannot be converted into a downloadable file, since it requires a proprietary software that must be hosted online in order to provide the interactive experience. However, a video file of the guided walkthrough (MP4) can be provided upon request.
